Our client is the largest beauty services market place in India.It is the fastest way of finding and booking appointments with the best of salons, spas, doctors and diagnostic centers. It has the largest and highly sticky network of salons and spas.
- Founded by IIT Bombay and IIT Kharagpur alumni in 2010, the company is based in Mumbai. Last year alone, the startup has had over 600,000 transactions, and with a new round of investment, they are poised for further growth. The firm is present in 5 cities with 6000 salons and spas and has launched its smartphone app, which enables users book appointments on the go. It has attained a category leadership position in a very short period and is the sole Marketplace in the Beauty Services category. After their Series B funding round, its looking at the next level of growth.
- Our client is looking out for a dynamic City Head to handle the Delhi region who has a strong focus on sales, business development and management, having excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills.
Your key responsibilities will be as follows :
- Recruit, build, and lead a ground sales team which ensures individual growth in addition to growth of the business vertical.
- Assist the service providers to grow and build a loyal consumer base for themselves.
- Preparing the action plan for achieving the key sales figures. Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement, management of sales support function and timely work completion.
- Compiling and analyzing sales figures along with collecting market feedback and periodic updates and reporting to senior managers
- Accountable for key customer accounts.
- Building ground sales team - Hiring, training & mentoring them. Accountable for overall teams performance. Drive performance incentive structure and sales promotion schemes
Candidate Profile :
- Someone who has a start-up acumen
- Comfortable to work with unpredictable work hours and know how to get the things done with diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
- Quick thinker, decision maker, problem solver especially to deal with escalations and critical times
- 4-5 years relevant sales experience with a minimum of 2 years experience in building and managing ground sales teams.
- Prior startup experience preferred
- Creative, Analytical and Strategic Thinking Ability to analyze business opportunities for the city and read situations well.
- Capable of developing compelling strategies that deliver results.
