Job Description - Land Services

- Relevant Real Estate Industry Experience - 6 to 10 Years

Job Role :

- To source mandates for Land Services (SELL/Joint Development/Revenue Share) mainly from Landlords/Developers

- Extensive Knowledge of the following

- City Geography

- Various Micro Markets & the Pricing

- Products available in a particular Micro Market

- Local Developers & Landlords

- Development & Land Laws of the City

- Networking with Local Developers & Institutional Developers

- Negotiation Skills to close the Deal between the parties.

- Preparing Information Memorandum in consultation with the Client.

- Preparation & Understanding of Various Documentation (Term Sheet/MOU)

Qualification :

- Management Graduate

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent Presentation Skills

- Local Experience is a must
