City Head - Home Rental Startup - IIT/IIM/XLRI/BITS

We have an opportunity with one of our client as City Head Based in Pune location, About Client India's fastest growing "managed home rental" company.

Job description

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Lead the sales, marketing, finance and operations of the city. Basically, P&L responsibility of the city. Top line and bottom line both.

2. Project planning and monitoring along with vendor/contractor management and logistics planning/ monitoring.

3. Engage all the involved stakeholders (owners/ tenants/ area partners/ vendors) to identify and solve problems, to implement best practices, to strengthen the business and to ensure a harmonious relationship is maintained with all stakeholders

4. Self-motivated to drive himself & his team towards targets

5. Drive sales and monitor all efficiency parameters.

6. Ensure all Operational metrics are in place and SOPs followed. Come up with new ideas to ensure better efficiency basis local requirements.

7. Customer centric approach & good with numbers

Job Requirements:

1. MBA from top 10 colleges in India with a minimum of 4 years of experience or top IITs/NITs with minimum of 6 years of experience in PnL role.

2. Excellent Communication Skills.

3. Willing to undertake regular field visits (within the city).

4. Fluency in - English, Hindi and local language is a must

5. Compensation: Above market standards
