Looking for Graduates/post graduates from top B Schools for an e-commerce venture.   This role will specifically focus on Managing the Business Development & Account Management verticals in the Supply team  - Achieving targets for supply in accordance with city/branch targets  - Driving the pipeline of operators  - Acquisition of operators & nurturing them to grow and thrive.  - Creating standards required from different types of operators  - Ensure initiatives to drive stickiness, reduce attrition and increase number of serviced booking.  - Part of the branch planning and align the Supply Creation and Supply management with Branch Plan for service bookings and customer experiences and drive the efficiencies in the Supply channel and with the Supply team  - Initiating business relationships with large cab operators and managing these relationships for high availability of cabs on the road (supply).
