Here is what we are looking for:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Corporate sales and Premium B school MBA or 8-10 Years of Corporate Sales Experience with a regular MBA.
Designation: City Head Sales (Corporate/Hotels+ Malls/ Apartments)
Reports to: National Sales Head
Position Objective
- Manage and drive relationship with company's customers (Both users/Slots) to enable growth and revenue objectives in respective segments (Corporate/Hotels+ Malls/ Apartments)
Strategic Planning
- Act as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships for the benefit of the organization
- Drives the development of strategic business and financial plans, in alignment with overall company goals
Operational Efficiencies -
- Achievement of overall sales of the region (Including Partners, Commercial Complex & RWAs) and monitoring performance (Individual & team) on daily basis.
- Acquire new customers (Users/Slots) and maintain relationship with existing ones in the region.
- Assist in implementation of Promotions and below the line activities in conjunction with the National Head for new acquisition of customers across segments.
- Identify and develop new markets (Tier 2/3 cities) in the region to drive the business targets of the region
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure system is set up seamlessly post customer onboarding on the platform (RFID installation /Support)
- Regular interaction with Mall operators /Establishments and working with them to increase occupancy, improve service standards to customers.
- Explore marketing options through tie ups with new segments to increase online awareness through branding
- Implementation, feedback and co-ordination on various promotional programs and requirements launched by product team
- Regular field visits with the team and meeting all our partners to understand any issues or concerns intimated by them.
- Resolving all customer complaints within the stipulated TAT
Preferred Industry Experience -
- Hospitality Sales (5 star Hotels Corporate Sales)
- E Commerce
- SAAS Product sales
- Start up experience preferred
