- New Business Development in the assigned area

- Identifying the business partners, interview and selection, onboarding and training BPs

- On-boarding and training Business Partners

- Achieving target, Account management

- Experience in Managing P/L responsibility for 1+ years

- Aggressive and Ready to work in Startup culture

- Background experience of handling B2B sales

- Business Development/ Sales experience at a startup
