City Head/Business Head/DGM - F&B Startup - IIM

Client a venture funded start-up serving the $6Bn Indian F&B market. We are redefining how Beverages ares consumed in a huge unorganized growing market - currently we are at 9 cafes in Delhi NCR, we are providing chai on demand through our disposable kettles and have created our own blends of premium Drinks. We are looking to aggressively grow to 60 cafes across 4 cities within the next year. These are core team positions, with very strong growth prospects as the company expands across geographies and verticals. Our Vision: To be India's biggest Beverage company (online and offline)

Designation : Business Head / City Head

Directly Reporting to: VP Operations

Education : IIMs ( FULL TIME ONLY ) ( Need someone from BIG4 Consulting Company only )

Work Experience: 6-12 years

Work Location : Gurgaon

Capabilities :

- Startup attitude is a must: quick execution and willingness to work crazy hours and 6 days a week

- Should have worked with either top notch consulting firms/ Startups/ Venture Capital/Private Equity firms/ a person with growth startup experience

- Ability to structure complex problems, and operations experience is very relevant for this position

- Having worked with revenue and cost side is preferable, since this job involves management of end to end P&L

- Candidate must be high on energy

Responsibilities :

- Business Head of new vertical: managing the end to end P&L of the business Line

- Setting up processes to grow the business from 9 outlets in Gurgaon at present to over 20 outlets across India

- Working closely with business development, marketing, operations, HR and training to ensure performance across all KPIs

- Very high on execution role, with complete autonomy
