After decent growth of co-working segment in last few years, it's now co-living space which is creating buzz in India and has potential to become USD 93 billion market annually on rising demand from students and professionals, according to a study.

We are looking for a "City Head - Business Development" for Multiple cities

- City Head - will be responsible for Business development, Property Acquisition, Long term lease - all in a single direction with the overall goals of growth and profitability expansion for the City.

- Analysis of the City demand potential - Mapping demand clusters in terms of different customer segments (working professionals, students etc.

- Assessment of specific demand centers (large Tech / IT parks, SEZs, universities/colleges/ large Corporate offices, etc.) and understanding of dynamics of demand in those geographies.

- Assessment of the City/ Cluster supply structure : Mapping existing properties / supply in target geographies, type of supply, quantity of existing supply and demand supply-gap, nature and pricing of supply, key dynamics of existing supply and potential list of suppliers to target.

- Involves extensive market mapping and meeting with the prospective property owners

- Initiating conversations with property owners / suppliers in target markets to assess on-ground acquisition potential.

KPI's :

- Meeting targets for property acquisitions in the city

- Efficiency of lead funnel management, channel partners management

- Business growth from large builders / developers

- Profitability of acquired properties

- Process adherence and timely reporting

Experience / Background :

- 5+years of experience of real estate sales and/or builder B2B sales working in leading real estate companies, property brokerage / IPC's

- Strong presentation and communication skills - ability to present his point of view to all the stakeholders

- Analytical, comfortable with numbers, financial modeling - is a must.

- Should be able to independently meet/influence with property owners and large builders/developers.

- MBA's from reputed institutes
