City Growth Manager - B2C

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Enabling the growth of the city, identifying avenues to grow orders and get new customers, including but not limited to new user acquisition, assortment strategy, quality of service etc.

- Cross function Liasoning; Category, Marketing Sourcing, Finance, Replenishment, Ground Operations, Vendors, administration, and General management issues including the management of staff

- Proactively identifying issues and problems before they arise

What you will do:

- Collaborate with all teams to identify assortment, marketing and other customer levers for the city

- Identify and execute interventions for best customer experience at minimum cost with key metrics on-time delivery, complete orders and orders without complaints

- Identify and - x leakages in the system - wastage, pilferage and any other areas to optimize cost

- Maintain system hygiene in inventory, order management, and other system controls

Qualifications:

- Post graduate with strong experience of 1-3 years

- Highly data-driven individual who can handle on-ground operations with as much ease as handling complicated data analysis

- Experience of operating in a fast-paced high growth environment

- Ability to multi-task and work well within a dynamic organization
