City Business Head - Healthcare Startup - IIT/NIT/IIM/XLRI

Role/Designation : City Business Head, Mumbai

Firm- Series A funded start up in healthcare space

Responsibilities

1. Creating a strategic road map for the growth of Business in the city

2. Increasing market share in Mumbai through various customer acquisition methods, and monitoring successful implementation of marketing plans in the city

3. Managing and improving customer experience in the city

4. Designing and implementing Processes to create an efficient delivery system

5. Ensuring Team's adherence to policies and processes

6. Building the team across all functions - corporate as well as warehouse (recruitment, training, performance review)

7. Generating periodic Business plans/ strategies and reports

8. Acquiring Market Intelligence and supporting HQ teams (Ops, Business, Customer experience and Product team) with information

9. He should be highly number driven and end to end PnL responsibility

10. Thorough understanding of processes and implementation across remote location

What are we looking for in the candidate

1. Leadership/ Team management (should have managed a team-direct reporting of min 10 people)

2. Strong skills around project management, handling inter functional and inter departmental communication.

3. 5+ years of experience including min of 3 years of team management

4. Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to eloquently convey complex ideas, and a good instinct for business.

5. Analytic and problem-solving skills, which require a practical numbers-oriented mind.

6. Ability to work in high-pressure roles where deadlines and bottom lines are the measure of success and heavy burdens of responsibility are the norm.

7. Good to have - IIT, NIT, top IIMs

8. Good to have - experience with a startup (e-commerce) in setting up the function/ team

9. Should be from delivery oriented organizations like Swiggy, Freshmenu, Zomato, Runnr, Amazon, Flipkart etc

CTC : 15L to 25L Per Annum
