PURPOSE OF THE ROLE : 

- This position requires the candidate to work on the financial health of the organization and to produce financial reports. The candidate also required to develop strategies based on financial research and responsible for budget planning, support the leadership team by offering insights and financial advice that will allow them to make the best organizational decisions. The successful candidate will have excellent drafting, negotiating capabilities and, client coordination

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY :

We are looking for young, passionate professionals who are looking to take up challenging or unconventional opportunities and drive our large-scale projects. The role offers you to:

- Maintain general ledger and prepare month-end book closing procedures

- Assist in accurate and timely preparation of MIS and conduct budget vs actual analysis

- Prepare and present Divisional P&L

- Assist with tax audits and filling of all Direct & Indirect Tax Returns

- Assist in the timely filing of ROC returns and other compliance

- Oversee company Admin activities

- Ensure all basic internal controls are in place to all financial transactions including appropriate safeguarding of assets

- Handling statutory and internal audits

- Handling local India compliance - Gratuity, PF, etc.

- Responsible for designing and implementation of financial controls

DESIRED CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE :

- Degree in Chartered Accountancy issued by ICAI

- Minimum of 2-5 years of post-qualification experience

- Proficiency in handling accountancy software's like Tally

- Excellent client interfacing and negotiating skills. Ability to drive continuous improvement in Business and Financial Process

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to Travel
