Job Responsibilities / Role

- Interact with client engineering team to conceptualize, develop and implement Healthcare software projects and solutions

- Develop business case, use cases, requirement documents, system specification as well as Agile requirements artifacts for Healthcare Payer Applications

- Proactively track developments in healthcare IT, including standards, technologies and workflows

- Work with software engineering and quality assurance team to translate requirements into working solution

- Contribute to solution enhancements of existing solutions for success in the marketplace

Mandatory Skills:

- Self-motivated and strong team player

- Experience in any one or more sub-sectors of HC/LS such as life sciences, health plans, health care providers or healthcare technologies

- Ability to understand the Problem statement and strong analytical skills for identifying the possible solution

- Experience in defining themes, epics, stories for requirements

- Experience of working in Agile Scrum

- Experience working with development teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions

- Experience working with customer delivery and field teams and educating on roadmaps and delivery

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to build professional relationships, a spirit of co-operation, and a flexible approach to work are required

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of Consumer Health Initiatives

- Growing Payer-Provider collaborations & its impact on the market
