- Around 8-12 years of overall experience in IT services

- Recent experience of 2-3 years in selling and account management in India IT services Industry

- The strong network of IT & business contacts in Indian IT Industry

- Experience in Healthcare industry is a plus

- Experience of working in the global delivery model

- Experience in account management and mining activities for a large customer

- Experience in developing business and nurturing relationships within the accounts

- Broad understanding of technologies / IT skills

- Ability to interact with CEO / CXO client executives is essential
