Role Outline/Job Summary:

Sales Manager will manage a team of Affluent Client Acquisition Manager who are responsible for acquiring customers across Citigold Private Client and Citigold accounts. Sales Manager will be responsible for owning and driving acquisition strategy to ensure product level goals are achieved.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Citigold Private Client and Citigold account acquisitions, Qualified Client growth along with deepening of Wallet through Investment / Insurance / FX penetration in the account

Core Responsibilities:

- Scale up Business - Identify opportunities to expand reach and business footprint.

- Own the affluent segment in the wealth space by on-boarding Citigold Private Client and Citigold Accounts

- Early Engagement and Activation of accounts on Investment , Insurance and Fx

- Optimize cross sell opportunity for credit cards , mortgage and business lending

- Ensure and drive leads generation through references, micromarketing activities, and other permissible databases.

- Understand customer needs, explore and educate customer on financial needs arising at various life stages.

Market Intelligence :

- Understand the industry trends and keep an eye on competition strategy w.r.t to sourcing, technology and innovations Customer Relationship - Customer focused need based selling Deepening of Wallet

- Work on initiatives to improve DII, Investment, Insurance penetration and QCG Cross Sell

- Ensuring Cross sell of all Products like Cards, Investments and Mortgage Remarkable Client experience

- Providing quick resolution & close looping customer queries

Controls:

1. Monthly reiteration of Dos and Don'ts and create a strong culture of controls and compliance within the team.

2. Keep the team updated on lessons learnt

3. Ensure lowest TAT & FTR for the location

4. Ensure compliance and integrity of the sales process with respect to right selling, sourcing and documentation.
