Responsibilities : - You will NOT be spending your budget on online advertising - Define, test and evaluate usage and engagement growth initiatives on various social media channels like Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, Google+, Snapchat, LinkedIn - Work with Content team to explore creative ways to drive user growth via Social Media Channels - Influence the product, especially UX, based on your understanding of what users want. - Ideate new ways to improve conversion rates - Lead existing social media team to drive user growth through experimentation and prototyping - Develop and expand community and/or blogger outreach efforts. Skills &amp; Qualifications : - Must have demonstrated track record of user acquisition across social media channels (including Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat) - Expert understanding &amp; prior experience with Google Analytics and Hootsuite - Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing - 3 to 5 years of experience being a Social Media Manager for a consumer web product startup - Prior startup experience of growing an internet product from zero to million users a big plus About Cirtru : - We maintain young, open environment, no cabin/cube type atmosphere.
