Employee Satisfaction to find out satisfaction level of employees through yearly survey to mitigate issues if any 4. HR systems improvement to improve hr sops if required for improvement of systems to ensure that hr sops are implemented 5. Training and Development to give relevant training to employees. to get employees evaluated to ensure training plan is prepared. 6. Cost budgeting/ optimization to prepare budget and check whether budget is maintained.
