- Must be Approved by FDA.

- Must have knowledge of ampoule, vials, Lyophilised Products, Opthalmics.

- Must have Faced USFDA, EU, PIC's inspections

- To ensure production planning and execution as per requirements

- To ensure timely production activities

- To save costs and improve yields

- To ensure work as SOP

- To train people and do continuous improvements

- To ensure quality of products as per requirements
