This role will lead the Training agenda of the organization and implement at the Circle to ensure in-time deliver of training needs. Reports to: Sr.GM L&D, TM, OD and D&I or Functional DGM Training Delivery - Conduct learning sessions as per Annual Learning plan - Ensure seamless implementation of Daksh and Samarth programs - Conduct product and process training as per need - Ensure OJT and Coaching is for identified programs as per plan. Training Management - Manage all training processes for the Circle - Ensure completion of all regulatory programs on time. - Manage and maintain training MIS for the circle - Ensure continuous connect at all Regional Offices and branches Internal stakeholders - Business HR, Circle Heads, DMs, ABMs External stakeholders - External vendors MBA HR
