Role Purpose:
- To manage and drive the market share in order to attain market leadership in SME Business segment in the circle, through growth, in terms of subscriber base, revenues, market share and profit, whilst complying with agreed budget, timescales and agreed policy guidelines as also with all regulatory norms
Essence of Role / Key Accountabilities:
Strategic:
- Develop and plan Business strategies to grow subscriber base, revenues, better penetration and enhance competitive position in the circle.
- Develop channel strategies to drive loyalty, retention, growth of channel in line with business growth
Operational:
- Responsible for overall business growth in SME business for the circle
- Responsible for subscriber growth in SME business for the circle
- Monitor acquisition in new accounts, as well as a deeper penetration in existing accounts, thereby ensuring subscriber growth.
- Set goals and targets for the Sales & Pre-sales and monitor the performance of the team
- Responsible for designing and implementing thematic campaigns to drive business imperatives
- Interface with other functions like Finance, IT, Customer Support, Product, etc., as required for smooth functioning.
Development:
- Training and coaching of team
- The incumbent would be responsible for achieving revenues and increasing the market share in the SME Business Segment in the circle.
- The incumbent will be responsible for ARPU growth as per plans
Typical Outputs:
- Subscriber base and subscriber base growth.
- Market-share growth.
- Monthly revenue and revenue growth.
- Drive quality of subscriber acquisition.
Requirement:
- MBA (Reputed Institute) + 8 to 12 years of work-experience
- Knowledge of Sales Management both channel and Direct
- Strong operational & relation building capabilities both internal and external
- Should be comfortable with change and ambiguity given the dynamic business environment.
- Ability to communicate at multiple levels with both customers and colleagues.
- Experience in working with and managing teams.
