Circle Product Head
Position Summary:
This position exists to drive the segments offerings & pricing function at the Circle. The position is drives the development of Offerings and Pricing plan within the overall Marketing strategy of the company and execution of plans to achieve desired objectives. The position is also responsible for marketing budget planning & control. The position manages the entire product portfolio including prepaid and postpaid baskets and is responsible for effective Acquisition schemes, ARPU and Rate per minute.
Job Description:
The position is responsible for the targets set for the Circle:
- Healthy Gross Additions (shared with Sales)
- Customer Market Share (shared with sales)
- Customer ARPU
- Rate per minute
- Timely and accurate revenue planning
- Circle business case preparation and their approval
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive development of segmented propositions and offerings across Prepaid and Postpaid baskets for the Circle in accordance with the Corporate plans
- Coordinate with the Sales team to achieve the subscriber acquisition targets for nos and costs and implementation of product / acquisition initiatives
- Drive effective implementation of all the marketing plans developed to achieve defined objectives
- Prepare the marketing budget for own Circle in coordination with the Circle Finance and monitor utilization to exercise budget control
- Analyse circle performance on an ongoing basis and identify opportunities in the Marketing area as well as provide Early Warning for any issues
- Keep a continuous watch on the competition and internal KPI's to identify issues and initiate necessary corrective actions
- Monitor performance of team, share constructive feedback and identify areas of development for all subordinates
Education: Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
Experience: Candidate having 7 - 10 years of experience with at least 3 years in telecom sector with primary focus on acquisition or U&R areas. Familiarity with billing, IN systems / platforms. Familiarity with tools used for collecting consumer feedback
