Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate all the content teams i.e. video editors, content strategy team, Voice artists, verification team by streamlining their work by data driven approach.

- Build a proper communication channel among the all team in Kerala office.

- Prepare daily reports for all the processes which are running the Kerala office.

- Work directly with the operation manager of Kerala, operation managers from other states and core team for better quality and management of content.

- Strategizing the type of content which can be produced from the discovered/raw news/information

Skills/Qualifications

- Have problem solving skills and analytical mindset

- Expertise in excel

- Entrepreneurial approach to handle any task

- Proficiency in Malayalam and in English

- People management and leadership skills

- Having natural creative flair and being full of ideas and energy to introduce new concepts and innovations would also be advantageous.

- Graduation from a tier 1 college (Preferable but not mandatory, if the applicant meets the rest of the criteria with excellent track record in relevant skills)

Nature of Work

- Candidates will have to work from our regional head office based out of Kochi. An employee is expected to be available all the time in any one of the above, six days a week.
