Expected End Results

- Provide inputs to develop the circle marketing plan and implement the annual circle marketing plan in line with overall business plan

- Analyze customer behavior and develop new schemes to attract new customers and retain existing customers

- Drive revenues at the circle and constantly track circle performance

- Implement all MARCOM initiatives at the circle and provide inputs to MARCOM department on important events at the circle

- Oversee VAS provided by "Client of Quantronix" India at a circle level and customize them to achieve business objectives

- Build a capable and motivated team at the circle to create a high performance team environment
