We have job opening with one of the leading telecom organisation.

Circle Legal manager-Sr.Mgr

Location:- Andhra pradesh and Mumbai(local language is must) For Mumbai-Marathi and Andhra pradesh-Telegu.

Position-2

Ctc-12.5% variable on current ctc

1. Ensure efficient handling of litigation and keep track of progress till disposal

- Analyze and understand the root cause and planning strategy to curb the emanations of any unwarranted litigation.

- Compilation of relevant data and materials for favorable disposal of case.

- Empanelling expert lawyers. Should have good rapport with senior lawyers.

- Keep watching the progress till disposal.

2. Identify and ensure the execution of statutory compliance in regular interval

- Identification of Statute and applicable provisions.

- Execution of compliance by appropriate function.

- Review and supervise the compliance in regular interval.

3. Advising management on Risk Exposure (Evaluation and Mitigation) in line with business needs

- Analyze the business contract in line with business needs and exposure involved.

- Advising the management for modification of terms and condition on basis of risk identified.

- Evaluation of risk and advising management.

4. Establish effective relationship with statutory bodies/external agencies to manage their undue demands and fulfill their requirement

- Pro-active approach in meeting with Statutory bodies to evade any "undue" demands.

- Replying notices of Statutory bodies with relevant and convincing facts to evade any "against" orders.

5. Manage execution of agreement and impart training to other departments on provisions of law

- Imparting training to other departments on applicable provisions of law in their area of operation

- Payment of applicable stamp duty.

- Ensuring renewals wherever required.

6. Resolving hold site issues and providing timely support to operation team

- To meet landlords on case to case basis and convince them not to create access issues. If required file FIR's and seek police support to ensure continuous operations.
