Circle Lead - Civil Site Audit - Telecom

Job Description

- Be in charge of the entire civil/mechanical site audit for telecom establishment at circle level.

- To carry our inspections as per the relevant drawing & check list

- To escalate immediately on all critical issues to ZM/Client'

- Build team at state and district level

- Ensure the filed reports should reach circle office within 5 days of completion of inspection

- Actual field observations/measurements to be noted in the check list at site itself

- Soft copy of inspection photographs shall be labeled and courier to circle office in CD every fortnight

- Select and train candidates fresher in the Civil/Mechanical audit serving being introduced

- To carry our minimum 15 effective inspection per month

- Be an advisor to management and interface for the clients

- Equal allocation of site for inspection of site for inspection to all file engineers

- To conduct field training of the engineers for inspection

- All Civil tower/shelter foundation/errection works.

Job Specifications

- Candidate should be from the telecom sector.

- Should have B.E/B.Tech Civil/Mechanical/Electrical with strong academic.

- 3-5 years experience in civil site audit. Should have a keen eye to capture intricate details.

- Possess interview skills.

- Good Leader with team building ability.

- Good communication skills to interact with vendors and clients.

- Willing to travel extensively within the state to establish the service.

- Should be ready to join immediately.
