Reports To: Head - Country Head - Human Resource - Supervisory Position for executing all HR Operations related Policies and Processes. - Ensuring Collaboration, Commitment, Building Culture, Communication, Trust, Camaraderie across the Circle and across various Stake Holders. - Job necessitates handling the respective Circle assigned. It is necessary for pro-actively understanding and supporting the requirements of the business as an HR Professional. - Ensuring Optimum Manpower at all times in all departments. - Ensuring Campus connect & Graduate trainee programmes are effectively deployed. - Performance Appraisal System Execution & Co-ordination as per timelines. - Ensuring employee engagement initiatives in the zone as per commitments and timelines keeping in view that the core motive of the activity is achieved. - Ensuring Confirmations & Transfers activities are completed as per policies and timelines. - Ensuring all exit processes are compiled as per timelines. - Communication and Co-ordination with Employees. - Ensuring Statutory Compliance. - Ensuring disciplinary actions as per policies and recommending actions to HO. - Co-ordination with the Training Department for training nominations and communications. - Ensuring Attendance & Payroll related activities are completed with in timelines. - Managing HRIS Implementation and adherence. - Ensuring all Sustainability and CSR Activities are rolled out and Implemented in the zone as per timelines and quality. - Deployment of Organizational structure/ restructure as per guidelines and ensuring completion within timelines. - Monitor & control team effectiveness through matrices. - Ensuring the culture of trust, pride and camaraderie and uphold company values. - Offer to employees as per Manpower plan (L7O & Below) - Compensation Fitment & Decisions ( L7O & below) - Checking Invoices for Recruitment raised by Vendor & recommending clearance to HO - Vendor Management & Empanelment recommendation to HO - Confirmations & Transfers of employees ( L7O & Below) - Expenditure as per budgets approved for employee welfare, engagement & CSR activities - Special Letters to employees as per formats circulated - Recommendation of Training & Development programmes - Recommendation of Disciplinary Actions - Identification education institutes for recruitment under campus connect - Driving the Learning and Development Initiatives across the Circle. - Driving the CSR Initiatives across the Circle. - Facilitating PMS and PIP process across the Circle.
