Job responsibilities:

- Analyzing & identifying the business opportunities and setting REVENUE objectives for various businesses including Prepaid, Postpaid, across various technologies like 2G, 3G and 4G.

- Implementing Systems & processes and Driving the team to achieve objectives of the company and chasing the annual operating targets.

- Evaluating share of penetration v/s potential and customer market share with revenue shares with customer rates.

- Taking responsibility for recruitment of staff under region & conducting training programs.

- Budget Planning & Course Correction.

- Developing manpower to their true potential.
