Client Details :

- Our client is a leading infrastructure services organisation with strong presence across the country. They are renowned for the quality of their work and employer culture. They are seeking a Senior Human Resources professional in as a Circle Head HRBP based out of Calcutta to support their business strategies.

Description :

Reporting into the Head HR :

- Design, develop & execute programs and employee engagement initiatives to improve performance and increase retention rate

- Drive planning sessions at the circle levels and track action planning to enhance employee satisfaction

- Responsible for CSR activities and ensure alignment with the corporate goals

- Manage the complete hire to retire cycle from sourcing of candidates to making offers and taking care of induction till exit formalities of employees as per the defined process and approved SLA's

- Ensure proper utilization of HR Budget and drive measures to ensure cost optimization

- Ensure adherence to all compliance's across performance management cycles at circle level, appraisal completion etc.

- Working strongly towards rolling out Talent management initiatives, L&D processes, constant communication, tracking circle training needs etc.

- Partnering closely with the business and focusing more on the business priorities at the circle level while implementing the HR policies to bring uniformity in all people practices

- Coordinates special projects as directed to include, but not limited to, employee survey and feedback process etc.

- Ensure 100% HRMS Data Accuracy and compliance's as per the laws of the land

- Maintain cordial relations with workforce unions (where applicable) to ensure smooth and operations

Profile :

- 10-12 years of experience as lead HR Business Partner with strong exposure to handling strategic HR. Should be well versed with Bengali language. Can come from any industry background but experience in telecom industry is strongly preferred.
