Job Description - This position reports to the Business Head of the circle.

Key deliverables include :

- Lead as a Business Partner and an Advisor while managing the entire gamut of Finance to the business head and commercial team through strategic decision making.

- Ensure that strong financial controls and processes are in place and constantly monitor the performance while identifying opportunities to capitalize upon while critically assessing the potential risks in both short and long run.

- Develop and Lead a diverse team of people while creating an environment for them to facilitate active participation and growth.

- Ensure Robust Risk and Compliance management.

- Create and put metrics in place to Measure, Analyze and Report the Performance of the business and then suggest corrective measures.

The Successful Candidate :

- You must have a strong appetite to work and thrive in a highly competitive environment. On top of that, you must be someone with a solution oriented approach and come with a track record of achievements in past career tenure.

- You must be a qualified CA with at least 12+ years of experience.

- You must have an extensive experience within Telecom or FMCG background.

- You must possess influential and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- You must have an experience of leading the finance function for a large organization and successfully managing a team of people.
