Will further be assisted by cluster CSD teams.  - Take end-to-end responsibility for managing the customer life cycle post acquisition for the assigned Circle-   - Integrating customer facing functions of Customer Care, Billing and Collection   - Deploy, monitor, measure and refine all processes aimed at customer satisfaction; and drive integration in these processes and their outcomes   - Own the overall CSAT score of the circle   - Responsible for Managing processes relating to customer acquisition.   - Work with Sales, Marketing, Business Commercial, HR and other functions to ensure smooth functioning of customer related processes and delivery of SLAs / quality / timeliness of output-   Desired Profile:  - MBA with 15 yrs of relevant work experience. Experience in Telecom sector or a Telecom Contact Centre environment is mandatory  - Should be managing a Customer Service Delivery (CSD) portfolio.
