Job Description - Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for- Develop operating plans, policies and sales/revenue targets in line with overall business plans.
- Create annual plans and budgets to achieve business goals in line with overall organizational goals.
- Work with the marketing team for branding initiatives, product launches and star endorsements.
- Develop proposals to regional head and senior team for new products,tariff plans and services.
- Drive people and capability development initiatives at the circle level.
- Recruit the right talent and develop them through structured initiatives.
The Successful Candidate - You will be in MBA from a top B-School with 18 to 20 years experience. You should have done sales and marketing roles within the telecom industry with a good exposure to people management. You should possess strong communication, analytical and financial skills with a good P&L understanding. You should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy
