Job Description
Accountability Cluster
- Supporting the HRBPs and business teams in staffing, resourcing and planning resource optimization
- Executing the complete recruitment life cycle including scheduling & interviewing to ensure adherence of processes
- Analyzing current compensation and preparing offers & negotiation for closures to get candidates at optimum cost
- Initiating all pre-joining activities like BGV, medical etc. for smooth onboarding of the candidate
- Preparing & managing the recruitment MIS & dashboard for business and ensuring that the recruitment processes adhere to all guidelines
Major Activities / Tasks
- Coordinating and scheduling hiring activities for the business function
- Screening and evaluating candidates using appropriate assessment approaches, including resume screening and short listing candidates via phone screenings, etc.
- Coordinating and scheduling all phases of the interview process.
- Scheduling personal, telephonic or video conferencing interviews as per business requirements
- Ensuring that the necessary resources for the interview are provided for such as meeting rooms with the appropriate facilities for video conference, telepresence, presentations, etc.
- Organizing travel arrangements and complete expense requests for candidates if required.
- Preparing Offers, negotiating compensation, extending offers and hiring candidates at optimum cost
- Working with the C&B team for internal equity and external benchmarks
- Initiating Medical's and BGV's as per the process for selected candidates
- Completing the system interface of the candidate information on the IT Platform (Sambandh / Success Factors)
- Preparing and maintaining weekly recruitment tracker / dashboard for business & HRBPs and ensure communication of the hiring status
- Updating the Lead on a day to day basis on the hiring status and informing about escalations from internal/external stakeholders
Preferred Qualification : Post Graduate Degree
Experience : 4 to 6 years of work experience
