Accountability Cluster :
- Creating a campus hiring plan defining the objectives and desired outcomes working along with cross functional teams to build a winning TA Strategy that is attractive to target Cipla campuses
- Developing the Campus Engagement plan to become the employer of choice at premiere campuses
- Onboarding the campus hires to ensure smooth transition into business and engagement at the entry level in the organization
- Designing Talent Acquisition related policies and processes to ensure standard and consistent One Cipla experience
- Leveraging technology and social media to build a strong brand appeal across diverse talent pools
Major Activities / Tasks :
- Forecast and determine the campus hiring needs for select businesses- Full Time, Summer Interns and Seasonal Hires
- Create and validate the list of campuses to recruit from (Tier I-II etc.)
- Work along with the P&R team to arrive a competitive salary/stipend structure while maintaining internal parity
- Benchmark the campus hiring practices of competitors and pan industry campus recruiters to incorporate best practices in the current campus hiring process
- Managing university specific campus teams to ensure appropriate selection of team members, clear role definitions/responsibilities; Coach and prepare the campus team members for campus visits; coordinate closely to ensure unified recruiting approach (slots, number of candidates etc.)
- Budget for the campus hiring costs
- Design a creative Campus Employee Value Proposition that would set us apart from our competitors and be lucrative enough to attract the best talent pool
- Develop, implement and execute on-campus events that include: Info Session, tech talks, executive visits, case study competitions, on-campus interviews etc.
- Prepare and execute a social media plan to have a strong presence on Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites (competition announcements, results, leadership connect etc.)
- Build the talent branding strategy to attract recruits from target Engineering and MBA campuses
- Plan and budget for the arrival, accommodation, business allotment, documentation and other logistics for the induction and joining of the new hires
- Plan and design an efficient and implementable induction plan to ease them into the pharma business in general along with the Cipla context
- Chart out a career plan for the initial years of the campus hires in the organization (job rotation, performance discussion, visibility etc.)
- Manage the employee lifecycle of the new joinees (e. g. YMPs) during the planned initial career path
- Standardize processes and documentation including process maps, policies, service agreements, key performance indicators
- Monitor process use and effectiveness of vendors / partners
- Identify opportunities to streamline, improve and implement processes
- Identify and present best practices to improve partnership with businesses and improve quality of hires
- Manage vendors and search partners; review and monitor their efficiency periodically
- Manage the company website's careers / HR section to build a strong appeal
- Manage the social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn etc.
- Drive the Success Factors implementation in partnership with the HR Technology SPOC
- Design talent acquisition dashboards, ensuring business and functional reporting needs are met
Preferred Qualification : Post Graduate Degree
Experience : Total experience of 4 to 6 years
