Job Purpose: Drive Cipla North America portfolio and overall business growth by executing licensing and CMO deals to achieve Cipla North America growth mission/vision in the US
Key Accountabilities:
I. Generate leads by identifying potential In-Licensing, Contract Manufacturing and Out-Licensing opportunities to expand Cipla's North America portfolio and business
II. Evaluate potential In-Licensing, Contract Manufacturing and Out-Licensing deals by conducting due diligence for decision making
III. Execute Term Sheets and definitive agreements for deal closure as per Cipla's best interests
IV. Support post deal execution activities for successful launch and commercialization of products in the US
V. Identify and evaluate unique opportunities, projects, technology in line with Cipla's growth strategy for strengthening Cipla's presence in North America
VI. Lead and motivate the BD team to create an environment conducive to high performance
Key requirement: Regulated market experience mandatory
