Job Synopsis:

Bring a process based view to the HR Function while mapping, governing and streamlining HR processes and systems to improve HR delivery and drive achievement of HR goals and strategic business objectives.

Qualification

- 6-8 years of work experience with 4-5 years in consulting after Post-graduation from a Premier B-School (XLRI, TISS, NITIE, MDI and SCMHRD)

- Sound process knowledge, Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence actions/ decisions of others

- Strong Consulting background preferred

Key Accountabilities

Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks

I. Establish, implement and manage Organization Design and Role evaluation governance process, including an Organization Design review mechanism and stakeholders involved to ensure appropriate controls, consistency and fairness in the process

- Evaluate newly created or modified jobs and allocate Bands, Grades and Designations to ensure a fair and objective process is followed. Obtain approval from the Job Evaluation Committee.

- Establish Organization design Governance process which defines the approach for review, roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders

- Develop reporting framework for organization structure

- Develop standards to be followed for maintaining organization structure

II. Lead HR projects in areas of Talent Management Practices, Performance Management, Leadership Development, Talent Mobility etc.

- Conceptualise and design Cipla's global talent management and mobility framework

- Work with Leaders and other impacted stakeholders for roll out and implementation

- Coordinate all areas of implementation of integration/ transformation by managing all pieces (resources and operations areas) to facilitate the successful transition and integration of processes, resources and systems.

III. Drive HR Process improvement initiatives, Governance and other organization wide HR Projects in conjunction with respective Business HR and COEs to ensure HR practices effective and efficient

- Develops detailed project integration/ transformation plans, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.

- Co- ordinate with program owners and stakeholders to ensure project is completed on time and aligned with other human resource programs

- Analyse current processes and recommend and implement new processes as appropriate

- Create a DMM document to document and manage the flow of decision making in the organisation

IV. Lead and implement projects on HR digitalization, process re-engineering & improvement of shared service experience to make Cipla a future ready, digital savvy organization

- Improve the Shared Service experience by studying existing processes and enhancing efficiencies

- Implement HR digitization globally to bring about better accuracy and control in HR processes and practices

- Undertake process re-engineering of HR practices to ensure standardization across locations and enhancing efficiency.

- Ensure robust delivery of HRIS projects to speed the process of digitisation

- Service existing digital applications to ensure smooth operations and lesser turnaround time

V. Lead productivity initiatives as per business requirement

- Analyse current gaps and inefficiencies in the existing department org design, role design, processes, etc. by conducting interviews, undertaking as-is process mapping, etc.

- Design and recommend optimised org structure and roles, new process design, etc.

- Guide the business team in implementation of the proposed changes

- Ensuring right fit of level of digitisation and organizational need

- HR CoE Heads - to ensure integrated deployment of policies and robust governance of processes having in-built compliance - daily

- HRBPs, HRLT - for input and implementation of various HR initiatives undertaken by the OD team

- Business Heads for input and implementation of various HR initiatives undertaken by the OD team - Consultants - For finalizing the frameworks to be used for governance, integration and audit, and other such tasks - Need Basis

- Vendors for HRSS projects
