- Evaluate trends, market performance and internal sources to screen for new business opportunities
- Identify new partnership opportunities in weak geographies
- Drive analytics to find new opportunities to improve topline & reduce expenses
- Develop bottom-up business cases/ estimates for proposed new products
- Work with Business teams to create opportunities in action plan and project manage execution
- Take direct responsibility for selected high impact projects
- Support portfolio selection/drop decision-making process
- Support functional departments with expertise and project management know how
- Lead cross-functional project management for critical initiatives across operations and commercial (e.g. COGS reduction)
- New launches management - Ensure tight managements of new product launches - both front-end and back-end.
- Be single contact point for any pan-Europe level initiatives
- Develop 5-year strategy plan, including top-line targets and levers/initiatives to fulfill targets
- Support annual budgeting process for Europe. Test assumptions, identify risks and opportunities
- Provide support for business development team and partners across the region to ensure the budgeted numbers are achieved
- Support Business head in preparing review documents for presentation to senior management/CEO
- Decision support to the Business Head: Provide the first-level of problem-solving on top of mind issues
- Partner with country & B2B managers to define strategy, execution plans and performance measurement KPI's for their business
- Performance Monitoring: Institute processes and routines that ensure that the Business Heads- decisions are followed up
