Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement Council
Job Description :
Accountability Cluster Major Activities / Tasks
I. To shape and lead continuous improvement programs for EBITDA improvement to keep costs under control.
- Conduct diagnostics studies to identify improvement opportunities in target categories
- Design and set up idea generation workshops
- Assist problem-solving and senior management alignment
- Track implementation of ideas against plan
II. To support capacity building of functional CI & business teams to enable them to identify and design improvement initiatives.
- Support Functional CI teams for training on fundamentals of tools and techniques
- Leverage external expertise
- Drive benchmarking within and across functions
- Codify ideas, best practices, templates etc. created during waves
III. Prepare content for organization wide Communication on the progress of various EBITDA improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with functional CI teams, to get create content and release the same.
- Create transparency on results, status, achievements (Newsletters, etc.)
