Role - Senior Human Resources Business Partner

- Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy.
- Managing the complete ELC for employees across the region to have seamless process control.
- Executing Performance Management exercise across regions for all employees to create a performance oriented culture.
- Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work.
- Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce.
- Support the L&D team to identify and drive L&D interventions in the relevant areas.
- Support any specific OD / change management initiatives ensuring that they provide a value adding service in all change management initiatives.
Major Activities / Tasks
- Develop and monitor a resource plan for the year in consultation with business to ensure resource optimization.
- Timely confirmations, transfers, exits and letter generations to ensure 100% compliance in HR processes.
- Planning the On Boarding to ensure effective orientation of the new joinee.
- Facilitate the Goal Setting, Mid-Year reviews Annual Appraisal and PIP processes across the region.
- Timely completion of all processes.
- Advise business on specific performance issues.
- Timely addressal of all concerns raised by employees by following grievance procedures.
- 100% adherence to Cipla statutory compliance requirements.
- Monthly planning and execution of employee engagement activities.
- Communicating the Organization culture to the employees to create a constant connect.
- Support the L&D roadmap to enhance employee capability.
- Work along with business and help them identify the possible needs for intervention.
- Execute the OD / change management plans across business functions.
Qualification - Post - Graduate or MBA in Human Resources or its equivalent
Experience - Incumbent to have about at least 2 years of experience in a Business Partner role in a manufacturing unit or sales driven organization with 5 to 6 years of overall HR experience.
