Job Description

- Plan, organize and coordinate sales promotions/campaigns to provide the thrust for meeting the company's sales objective in trade and hospital

- Assist in identifying market potential, establishing price and market strategies for Cipla's products for Therapy/Country

- Assist in tender documents preparation before submission

- Involved in development of promotional materials

- Preparing monthly reports on marketing activities

- Market intelligence and insights to help the sales team to drive growth and to design better strategy.

- Participating/assisting in CME organization in hospitals with Hospital Sales Team

- Participating/assisting in Breathe Free (Cipla's Respiratory Public Awareness Campaign) organization in General Practices, Pharmacies or Hospitals with sales team

Key Skills

- Minimum 2-4 years of pharmaceutical background in product management

- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills & leadership quality

- An energetic and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently

- Possess positive attitude & goal oriented

- Analytical thinking and able to think out of the box

- A skilful negotiator with interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word

Preferred Qualification

- Medical background, preferred
