Role : Marketing Manager (3 positions)
- Critical Care/Injectables segment

Function : Sales & Marketing
Functional Reporting : Divisional Therapy Head
Role Purpose : To develop the annual marketing plan, plan for new launches and oversee implementation of plans to maximize sales for the assigned therapeutic segment.
Key Accountability :
Develop therapeutic segment strategy :
Rationalize product mix, targets, focus segments etc for the therapeutic segment after analysing business priorities, market intelligence and past performance; Provide inputs for creation of annual marketing plan including sales forecasts for each product, allocation of expenses between products, promotional activities and marketing collateral, Finalise budgets (promotion, meetings, conferences, etc.);
- Evaluate price revisions, Identify existing gaps in product portfolio and work with a cross-functional team to assess feasibility and launch strategy.
Monthly brand & therapy performance review :
Conduct periodic business reviews for therapeutic segment (region-wise performance, market performance, communication strategy, promotograms, etc.); Review the rolling forecasts on a monthly basis and make changes to the marketing plan basis the same; Understand and implement best practices from other departments
Customer relationship management :
Develop ongoing liaison with key opinion leaders (KOLs), patient support groups and other healthcare organisations to ensure that significant developments in the field are identified and monitored,Organize roundtables and advisory board meetings to understand market developments and plan way forward
- Represent and showcase organization capabilities in industry associations and conferences; Work with the sales team to solve issues faced and escalate complex issues to line manager; Responsible for conference and event management for the therapy
Enable therapy staffing :
Identify capabilities required and enable talent acquisition in therapeutic segment
Performance management and employee relations :
Set goals and evaluate performance in the therapy; Recognize and reward performance; Resolve escalated issues faced by team; Conduct ongoing communication sessions with employees to give them business updates
Identify and enable growth of top talent :
Review talent to determine current performance and future potential; Create talent development plans; Facilitate talent development; Role model learning, training and coaching.
Educational qualifications : Science Graduate (MBA desirable)
Relevant experience : Overall 10 - 15 years of experience. Experience in the Pharma industry and a good sales track record
