We are looking for a logistic manager who will look after transportation services, inventory and company distribution strategy. The manager will work with Distribution India Business team.   Given the complexity of the role, this job requires strong ability to solve problems, people skills and managing through changes.   The key activities would be:   - Managing logistics with technical know-how on commercial elements like Sales Tax, GST / VAT / Octroi / Cess etc.   - Purchasing and Supplier Management - identification of vendors, negotiation of contracts, management of ongoing business and relationships.   - SAP integration - Working Knowledge of SAP Transportation module  - Understanding of national and international legislation to be able to effectively troubleshoot any issues.   - Managing efficiently the costs of transportation, services and inventory within budgets and company distribution strategy.   - Excellent people skills  - Strong problem solving and decision making skills  - Strong communications   - Ability to build effective relationships with functional members and internal customers.   - Motivated, self-driven individuals who are inspired to making things happen in Cipla  M Pharm / MBA / MS   Strong academic track record or experience   10+ years as Logistic Manager with preferred experience in Logistics organization like Bluedart, DHL etc.
