Accountability Cluster :
- Provide HR support to the business to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet
- Ensuring adequate resource utilization in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business
- Managing the complete ELC for employees across the region to have provide seamless HR experience
- Executing the Performance Management exercise across regions for all employees to create a performance oriented culture
- Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
- Implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce
- Drive L&D interventions with the support of L&D COEs in the relevant areas to ensure learning needs are met
- Execute OD / change management initiatives aligned with the business objectives to enhance Organization health
Major Activities / Tasks :
- Provide adequate HRBP support to the business to ensure a smooth HR experience to the end employee
- Provide inputs to Business and HR leadership on optimizing workforce utilization to ensure adherence to budgets
- Develop and monitor a resource plan for the year in consultation with business to ensure resource optimization
- Timely confirmations, transfers, exits and letter generations to ensure 100% compliance with HR processes
- On Boarding employees to ensure effective orientation of the new joinee
- Facilitate the performance cycle and PIP processes across the region
- Ensure adherence to timelines to ensure smooth running of the processes
- Consult business to improve diagnose organizational performance issues
- Timely addressal of all concerns raised by employees by following grievance procedures
- 100 % adherence to Cipla statutory compliance requirements
- Monthly planning and execution of employee engagement activities
- Communicating with the employees to create a constant Employee Connect
- Support the L&D roadmap to enhance employee capability
- Work along with business and help them identify the learning needs for intervention
- Execute change management initiatives in alignment with the business to support achieving business objectives
