Cipla - Lead - Organization Design - IIM/XLRI/TISS/NITIE/MDI/SCMHRD

Job Synopsis :

Drive the Organization Development and transformation related initiatives such as job Evaluation, Organization Design, Organization Effectiveness and Productivity improvement that substantially enhance organizational capabilities and drive achievement of HR goals and strategic business objectives.

Qualification :

- 4-6 years of work experience with 3-4 years in consulting after Post-graduation from a Premier B-School (XLRI, TISS, NITIE, MDI and SCMHRD)

- Sound process knowledge, Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence actions/ decisions of others

- Strong Consulting background preferred
