Lead - Corporate FP&A

Description :

- Corporate FP&A Lead will be responsible for management accounting and reporting, profit and cost analysis, and financial submissions to the Management Council and the Board of Directors. This position assists the Head, Global Financial Planning & Analysis, in preparing the annual operating plan & budget, outer years strategic planning, monthly financial forecasts, variance analysis and bridges. In addition to these, this position will have special projects throughout the year including process and workflow automation, working capital and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

Corporate Reporting : Monthly, quarterly and annual management accounting; close collaboration with corporate accounting and central finance teams. [Timely and accurate]

Forecasting : Trend Analysis & Financial Statements Forecasting - P&L and key Cash flow & Balance sheet items for the year [Achieve 95%+ Forecast accuracy]

Corporate Budgeting : Prepare the bottom up annual operating plan for the company and do corporate budgeting exercise

Board Presentations : Prepare the monthly business flash and quarterly Board presentations on business performance [Quality of content and depth of analytics]

Business Partnering : Liaison with BUs & BU CFOs to support P&L delivery; design & implement interventions to keep performance on track, Provide insights into overall business performance, what's working & what's not working; data analysis etc.

Investor Relations : Work with Corporate Accounting and support Investor Relations team; prepare for quarterly investor calls, FAQs and investor material

Competitive Bench-marking : Perform internal & external bench-marking on various financial & business metrics; best practices integration plan

ROIC : Drive value culture in the organization through ROIC drill down to BUs/divisions levels

Automation : Engineer process / data automation through SAP / other systems to cut down on reporting timelines; set up the management cockpit for live business updates for executive decision making

Mentoring : Ensure learning and growth of team members

Special Projects : Strategy, Respiratory finance; Other Adhoc analysis
