Cipla - HR Manager

Reporting Head: Zonal HR Head - East

This is a new role wherein the incumbent would be managing a 'Zonal responsibility'. Broadly, the areas of responsibility would cover the following:

- Manage a Generalist HR role for the Eastern Region

- Manage HR MIS & Analytics for the Eastern Region

- Project Management & Evaluation of HR practices across the Eastern Region

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Robust 5- 8 years' end-to-end HR experience

- Extremely mobile in functioning with a thorough knowledge of the East Zone

- Proficiency in local language is not a must

- Education: An MBA or its equivalent in HR is a must.

- Candidates from Service/Pharmaceutical industries would be preferred
