Position - Head International Tax & Compliance.

Job Description :

1. International entities tax compliance, review and compliance.

2. Responsible for International companies projected ETR performance.

3. Part of global knowledge centre for tax optimisation and implementation of tax policies globally.

4. Global Transfer pricing best practices compliance in charge.

5. Development of sustainable transfer pricing policies for the group.

6. Spearheading team for domestic tax compliance, audit, return and litigation.

7. Spearheading projects on Global organisation restructuring, debt restructuring from Tax optimisation and future planning.

8. Analyse and evaluate all compliance to business connections/Permanent establishment globally.

9. Support on the M & A deals from the perspective of Corporate finance i.e undertake Financial & Tax DD. Responsible for identifying key EBIDTA adjustment for valuation. Identifying key structuring options for cost optimisation.

10. Controlling and In-charge of compliance to key global policies. i.e POEM/BEPS/CBCR etc.

Job Requirement :

The candidate is required to pose strong manufacturing business acumen (Pharma added advantage), flexibility, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Academic qualifications / experience required:

- Chartered accountant.

- Graduate degree in Finance & Accounting

- 10 - 12 years of working experience - at-least 5 years of working experience relevant to the position.

- Strong project management skills

- Previous experience at the same position will be highly regarded
