Role : Group Manager - Compliance
Location : Mumbai
JOB PURPOSE :
- A concerted effort is required to embed values across the organization.
- For the purpose of the same, compliance needs to work closely with Legal, HR and other functions to ensure that the values are gradually embedded in the organization.
- Further, there is a requirement to partner with the business and external consultants to set policy and procedure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To work with Legal, HR, Business and other functions to embed Cipla values.
- Partner with the business and external consultants to set policy and procedures.
- Be a Single Point of Contact for Compliance for the Legal Team.
- Ensure effective compliance communication to both business and Management.
- Respond to the queries raised by the business and other divisions.
- Maintain a working knowledge of the various laws, regulations and codes applicable to healthcare compliance.
- Provide support in the creation of training material - both classroom and elearnings.
Undertake trainings about the policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATION :
Graduate with LLB preferred, B Pharm / BSc is an added advantage
EXPERIENCE :
- Person should have 2-5 years- experience of working in Healthcare Compliance / Legal environment,
- Business experience is an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE :
- Knowledge of MCI Code, Prevention of Corruption Act, UCPMP is Mandatory, Knowledge of US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act
SKILLS :
- Good communication skills & legal drafting skills. Good command of Business English
