Position : Business Analyst - Acute Therapy

Department : Marketing

Reporting to : Business Unit Head

Job Description :

Business Intelligence :

- Review routine reports (analyzing financials, releasing sales flash, working capital, product wise profitability, quarterly estimates etc.) analyze trends and recommends adjustment address and capitalize on trends.

- Assess heath of the Business and its operations on parameters like sales performance, marketing effectiveness, supply and forecasting, budgetary controls, sales force effectiveness and HR health

- Monitor market development, competitor behaviour and garner therapy specific insights and identify opportunity areas for the division

- Assess and track external reflections of the business.

- Mentor team to gain sharper insights on the various dimensions enlisted above.

Governance :

- Provide intelligence to the Business Unit Head for monthly performance review for his divisions

- Market assessment of the assigned division w.r.t. portfolio and business excellence

- Track performance metrics and governance for the BU, with speedy resolution of issues

- Preparation for the Monthly / Quarterly reviews in liaison with divisional heads

- Track and update the action areas for the BU and other relevant stakeholders

Stakeholder Management :

- Provide holistic support to the Business Unit Head for achieving the short term and long term objectives for his Business as well as for overall operations for India Business.

- Engage in various Cross Functional Projects / work groups, in various capacities, as per business needs and organisational Priorities

- Liaise with external stakeholders like agencies, management consultants etc. for addressing business issues and building organisational capabilities

Projects :

- Assist in developing tactical and strategic projects to support the business unit's goal (financial, quality, operational efficiencies, market share, etc.)

- Drive key cross functional projects with the focus for achieving the organisational objectives.

- Conduct project meetings with teams regularly to review project deliverables and timelines.

- Create and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specification, estimating time requirements, establishing timelines, monitoring milestone completion, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project process, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts.

Preferred Qualification : MBA

Total experience : 6 - 8 years, prior experience of working in PMO or Consulting will be preferred
