Key Accountability :
- Fortnightly follow up across all therapies on business targets, NI, PPP, stocks, portfolio development based on marketing plan to ensure sustainable growth of business
- Review the marketing strategies, PPP secondary sales, NI launch status provided by the respective therapy head
- Liaise between Cluster Head and marketing team
- Create and drive MORs across all therapies
- Identify and measure data trends like IMS, SMSRC and triangulate the same with internal performance and come with business recommendations / insights
- Co-create differentiated marketing plans for relevant business unit, supporting the marketing manager to utilize strategic growth levers based on situation analysis and create impactful campaigns
- Monthly meeting with the relevant stakeholders to tract the NI performance
- Regular Field work to understand the performance, customer needs, brand perception, competition
- Suggest some key action points to fill the market gaps and improvise our performance
- Fortnightly tracking the effectiveness of the mega medico-marketing initiatives
- Develop key relationship with various stakeholders to align to the strategic and functional objectives
- Interact with therapy leads on a regular basis to understand their requirements and meet the needs of the department
- Manage alignment with Marketing, R&D, Supply chain, P2P and Portfolio to ensure timely launch of NI, P2P and critical stocks
