Cinnara is building an e-commerce marketplace for Feminine hygiene products. - Feminine hygiene is a grossly under-penetrated category. 82% of the market is dominated by 2 large players and balance by over 300 small brands. - As an e-commerce marketplace for Feminine hygiene products, Cinnara will solve for discovery, choice and distribution. We are thinking disruptive to build Cinnara. We know that there is a problem and we have a broad solution in mind. Let's iterate and find the right solution/model. As a Co-founder, you would be helping build an e-commerce marketplace for Feminine hygiene products. - You need to be entrepreneurial and have a strong desire to build something of your own. We are looking for someone who challenges conventional wisdom, thinks beyond the obvious, and is a wizard at execution. - Ideally, you should have an MBA/Engineering from a Tier 1 institution and had strong exposure working years in consulting, e-commerce, consumer tech, or an FMCG major. - Apart from the usual skill required to be an entrepreneur, you need to have skills in digital marketing marketing, consumer behaviour, digital, operations and an appreciation for technology & data.
