We are building the EV Charging Network for India and the world.

We aid the adoption of electric mobility by helping residential, office and commercial space owners establish electric charging stations and monetise them through our proprietary discovery, billing and payment ecosystem.

We partner with real estate owners/operators to set up electric vehicle charging facilities and support them with infrastructure that will enable billing and payment by end consumers. To our customers, we deliver a hassle-free 'EV ready' through expert advice, innovative funding options, turnkey implementation, complete operations and maintenance management.

We manage a community of e-vehicle owners and help them keep their vehicles charged. To our consumers, we deliver a stress-free vehicle usage experience through the discovery of charging locations, slot availability, billing and cashless payments.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder

We are looking for a Chief Technolgy Officer (CTO) to provide sound Technolgy leadership in all aspects of our business. You will work with the Product Team and develop products to manage Consumers, Customers, Partners and Governments on the charging platform.

You need to be able to guide and manage large teams for frontend/backend development, Apps, Platforms, Hardware, cloud and payments. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately.

You need to have strong experience developing and building CONSUMER INTERNET PRODUCTS. Experience in building PLATFORM BUSINESSES would be a great advantage.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts. If you are also an excellent communicator and public speaker, we'd like to meet you.

This is an entrepreneurship role and you will have significant equity in the business leading to wealth creation. You are not obliged to invest capital in the business. However, we will not be able to pay you a salary until the business has raised sufficient capital or is self-sustaining.

Requirements

- Engineering from a premier engineering college [IIT / NIT]. An MBA from an IIM/ISB/MDI is a plus

- You need to have strong experience building CONSUMER INTERNET PRODUCTS.

- Experience of building PLATFORM BUSINESSES would be a great advantage.

- Proven experience in full-stack development

- Knowledge of technological trends to build a strategy

- Understanding of budgets and business-planning
